These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bgrich, an online casino platform operating under international licensing. Game results generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final. bgrich cannot intervene in game outcomes once a round has started. In the event of a technical disruption during a game:

• If a disruption occurs before the game result can be confirmed by the server, bgrich reserves the right to void the round and return the bet to the account balance.
• Winnings that have been confirmed by the system before the disruption occurred are valid and will be credited.
• bgrich is not responsible for disruptions caused by the user's internet connection or personal device issues.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are used to calculate the payout, except in cases of an obvious error where bgrich reserves the right to void the bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgrich platform and may result in immediate account closure:

Closure by bgrich: bgrich reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• There is a breach of these terms and conditions.

• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed by bgrich due to a breach, the funds in the account may be withheld until an internal investigation is completed.

• The continuous or uninterrupted availability of the platform at all times.

bgrich will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits or service disruptions beyond our control. bgrich's total liability to any member will not exceed the amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.
